“To achieve such strong results as the family business approaches its 50th year is fantastic. My father, Sir Peter Rigby, started the business in 1975 and to see where we are today is amazing. Today, we have three generations of family involved in our business, and I believe it is the combination of our ages, ability and ambition that have led us to this point, and of course the 8,500 colleagues who help us achieve great things for our customers and partners every day. Looking ahead, these results put us in an excellent position to realise our future investment ambitions and plans.”

Sir Peter Rigby, Founder and Chairman of Rigby Group, said:

“This latest record performance is down to the efforts and perseverance of our teams, combined with the leadership of Rigby Group Co-Chief Executives, James and Steve. In a year marked by significant challenges and opportunities, I am proud to say our people navigated through them with resilience, innovation, and unwavering commitment. We should all feel very proud. We have created an inclusive and empowering culture that fosters innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning, and I am confident that our people will continue to lead us to greater heights in the years to come.”
