A new report by Grant Thornton, Warwickshire Limited 2023, places Rigby at the top of the leading 100 private businesses in the region. Their analysis also highlights the scope and scale of the collective contribution of Rigby Group and their peers both to the region and the wider economy, with a combined total turnover of £11.3bn, and employing over 43,000 people.

Recent local initiatives in Warwickshire have included supporting South Warwickshire Foundation Trust to deliver its services and creating a sensory garden for the Shakespeare Hospice. In the Midlands region, Rigby Group is the lead sponsor for the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra and a sponsor of United by 2022, the Commonwealth Games legacy appeal in Birmingham.
